Professional Career:

In 2016, after earning a Law degree, completing a year of training in the United Kingdom, and finishing his legal studies at IE Business School, he joined a Spanish Intellectual Property firm as the legal lead of the Domain Names department. In 2018, he transitioned to the Legal Department, focusing on Digital Law. In 2019, he was appointed Director of the firm's Madrid office, a position held for over three years. During this period, he also completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

The various positions and responsibilities held throughout his career have provided a comprehensive understanding of the different areas of Intellectual Property, team management, and business development. Combined with academic training and a strong interest in innovation, this background enables him to advise clients on developing an effective strategy for the protection of their intangible assets.

In addition, he has experience in advising on R&D funding and incentive schemes, including Tax Equity structures and R&D tax deductions. This expertise has been gained in IP law firms and consulting companies, which provides a distinctive and strategic perspective.

At the beginning of 2023, he joined UNGRIA, where he is responsible for business development within the Patent Department.

Since 2025, he has been responsible for the R&D Funding and Tax Incentives Department at UNGRIA.
